Jennika N. McKusick

Jennika McKusick is a Super Lawyers Rising Stars selectee and an associate attorney with The Law Office of Jeffrey G. Pollitt, P.C. Prior to being admitted to the Bar in 2012, Jennika worked as Jeff’s legal assistant for six years. She has worked exclusively in family law and for Jeff since 2006. Jennika has developed her own successful family law practice with a focus on divorce, child custody, child support issues, and spousal maintenance. Jennika is passionate about family law and she takes great pride in her work, especially in her relationships with her clients and her efforts to serve them.

Jennika serves on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Family Law Section, currently as a member and previously as Chair-Elect and Secretary. Through her work with the Maricopa County Bar Association, Jennika coordinates continuing legal education seminars and facilitates functions with Maricopa County judges and lawyers in an effort to foster working relationships between the Bench and Bar. Jennika also works with law students preparing to take the Bar Exam and volunteers as a mentor for law students seeking to pursue careers in family law.

Jennika received her Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School and her Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.
